West Chester, PA - Burton Neil & Associates, P.C. (BNAPC), a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent and Top Lawyers law firm is pleased to announce that Yale Weinstein, Esquire, principal with the firm, is now its president and chief operating officer. Derek C. Blasker and Neil Sarker are principals with the firm.

Burton Neil, now Of Counsel to the firm, explained Weinstein’s transition to the firm’s leadership. “Yale’s story is truly one of inspiration. He came to the firm in 1992 as a second year student at West Chester University. He learned the debt collection practice from the bottom up. BNAPC is also pleased to announce the firm will be expanding the practice into New Jersey, West Virginia and Kentucky. This expansion will provide the firm the necessary footprint to serve its client’s needs.

Jerred Roth has joined the firm and will be responsible for the West Virginia and Kentucky practices. A native of West Virginia, he received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2001 and his juris doctor from the University of Kentucky in 2004.
